The New Year has come and the time to apply for entry to this year's Portadown FC Youth Soccer Festival. 

This year see's the tournament move to a new venue; after three years at IFA Championship side Annagh United we are moving the the home of IFA Premiership side Portadown FC, Shamrock Park. The tournament is to be held on Saturday 12th May starting at 10.00am in the morning with the football going on until the presentations at approximately 5pm.

As usual the tournament is for the Under 10 age group (born in 2002) and will see 16 teams take part in groups of four to determine which cup competition each team is placed into. There will be four cpmpetitions on the day.

Entry this year is only £40.00 (50.00Euro for southern teams), that's just £4.00 per player. We wish to continue with the previous tournaments whereas each county from Northern Ireland has been represented but we would also love to see teams from the Republic of Ireland or even mainland Britian take part. Wherever you are from please hurry and get your application in as the closing date is Friday 23rd March.

It is expected, like in previous years, that there will be scouts from English Premier and League clubs in attendance so any player who stands out from the crowd has a good chance of being spotted.
